Moklansa GmbH is going to be present again at this year’s iaf to present everything to do with stationary rail lubricating systems. Under the heading of "Remote Service Solutions", the focus this time is on new methods of communication and interaction between the system and the operator. Motivated by the ever-increasing number of stationary E3S rail lubricating systems, the ever-greater volume of information and the diversity of the data as well as the endeavour to provide improved process dependability and to minimise servicing, Moklansa is in- troducing a web-based communication portal. In addition to the remote monitoring of installations through the live polling of conditions, this is also able to initiate changes in system parameters and to record data. From the operator’s point of view, many varied forms of communication are now possible with individual installations or with the totality of the installed equipment. The interfaces range from mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets, through workstations to customerspecific server applications.
Different ranges of functions are also possible, from simple condition monitoring through alarm management using analytical tools to data logging and remote activation.
